Ingredients:
- 1
tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
- 250 g (1/2 lb) Chinese broccoli
(choy sum), washed and drained
Sauce:
- 2
tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp thick soy
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- ½ tsp ground Sichuan pepper
- 4 fresh red chillies, seeded,
finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
How
To Cook:

Mix the sauce ingredients well and set
aside

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling
boil, add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil to the water, then
add the broccoli. When water has returned to a full
boil, remove the broccoli, rinse in cold running water
to set the colour, then drain well.

Arrange the coked broccoli on a serving
platter, then pour the mixed sauce evenly on top and
serve.
