Spicy Coconut Lamb Chops

preparation time: 5 minutes + 4 hours marination

Ingredients:

- 1 kg ( 2 lb) lamb chops
- 1 portion Coconut Masala

 How To Cook:

  1. Marinate the lamb chops in the Coconut Masala and set aside for at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator to marinate.

  2. Preheat the oven to 180 °C ( 350°F ). Roast the marinated meat in the oven, turning twice, for about  40 minutes until cooked. Alternatively, grill the meat for 15 minutes on each side or lightly fry in a apn in 1 tbs of oil for 4 minutes on each side.
